Excellent line work with your pen. Have you tried experimenting with ink and pen nibs? If not, I think you really might want to look into it. From what I've seen here, you do quite well with a monochromatic pen ink scheme. The lines themselves have a look of (almost) a wood cut (the hair especially gives me that impression). The only drawback to the busyness of the hair is that her earings almost get lost in all that line work.
I'm assuming that you inked it with physical ink (and not CGed it). Not quite sure what happened to the right side of it, but there is some loss of boldness of that ink. It may have been the scanner, but it does detract somewhat from the overall drawing.
